Roberto earned his spot to compete against some fierce competition on Wednesday, March 6th. Although Roberto did not place in this second leg, it was a great experience and I was personally impressed with how many teachers and parents came to talk face-to-face with Robert about how he changed their minds about what a continuation student looks like, and how he inspired them with his words. Most importantly Robert learned that his words do matter, and he was heard.
