Graduation Information/Informacion sobre graduacion

Listed below are the upcoming events for Seniors/Graduates:

May:

19th-Please check with Rodrigo in the front office to clear any outstanding fees. Must be done by May 30th.

23rd-Cap and gown distribution will be from 2:15 pm – 3:00 pm. Full set of cap and gowns are $35, tassel only is $5.

June:

3rd-Breakfast and Practice:

  • Senior Breakfast. Graduates, please be at Santana HS at 8:15 am. Bus will be leaving promptly.
  • Graduation practice (MANDATORY) will be immediately after Senior Breakfast. Students MUST attend practice in order to attend the ceremony.

A few reminders regarding the ceremony:

  • Students MUST arrive dressed in cap & gown and arrive no later than 4:15 pm.
  • GRADUATES: cap and gown cannot be decorated or altered in any manner. Leis of any kind will not be allowed. If you violate these rules, you will not be allowed to participate in the ceremony.
  • There is no limit on guests attending but seating is limited; first come, first serve. Saving seats is prohibited.
  • Guests may park in the main parking lot.
  • The following items are not allowed inside the auditorium: noise makers, balloons, decorations.
  • Diplomas will be distributed immediately after the ceremony. They will also be available for pick up after June 5th.

A continuación se enumeran los próximos eventos para los graduados:

 

Mayo:

19-Por favor, consulte con Rodrigo, en la oficina para averiguar de cargos pendientes. Debe realizarse antes del 30 de mayo.

 

23-Distribución de toga y birrete será de 2:15 pm - 3:00 pm. El precio del set completo de toga y birrete es $35, precio de borla solamente es $5.

 

Junio

3-Desayuno y Practica:

  • Graduados deben estar presentes en Santana a las 8:15 am. Por favor de llegar a tiempo. El autobús se irá a tiempo.
  • Practica de graduación sera después del desayuno de los graduados. Es obligatorio y los estudiantes deben asistir para participar en la ceremonia.

Información sobre la ceremonia:

  • Los estudiantes DEBEN llegar vestidos con toga y birrete y llegar a más tardar a las 4:15 pm.
  • GRADUADOS: la toga y el birrete no pueden ser decorados o alterados de ninguna manera. No se permitirán leis de ningún tipo. Si viola estas reglas, no se le permitirá participar en la ceremonia.
  • No hay límite de asistentes, pero los asientos son limitados; se atiende por orden de llegada. Está prohibido reservar asientos.
  • Los invitados se pueden estacionar en el estacionamiento principal.
  • Los siguientes artículos no están permitidos dentro del auditorio: matracas, globos, decoraciones.
  • Los diplomas se distribuirán inmediatamente después de la ceremonia. También estarán disponibles para recoger después del 5 de junio.
