For Thanksgiving, a canned food drive is being sponsored and coordinated by the Santana Science Club.
For Christmas, gift baskets are being sponsored by the Rotary Club of Walnut, which goes out to RUSD students in need. For this drive, the main food Distribution and packaging will take place at Alvarado on December 10, 2011 from 7:00am to 4:00pm, for and students and staff who wish to volunteer.
